This Certificate is awarded after the CAEP and after completion of supervised individualized projects wherein the Candidates show that they can make practical application of previously studied concepts and theories to actual situations and they demonstrate that they know what is appropriate to do even though constraints or circumstances in a particular instance may prevent this from happening, e.g., in terms of developing and implementing comprehensive program plans/designs and explaining results and conclusions to a variety of stakeholder audiences.
